SPP Foundation - Support Program

2010

About the event:

Through the OPORA program, we secured grants for Project Filip and Project Maroš. Both projects aim to improve the quality of life and activate the potential of two young men. Their core component is an Individual Personal Development Plan, built around each young man's specific needs and abilities. Implementation runs from May to October 2010. Project Maroš The project's main goal is to meet the qualifying standard for the 100m and 200m sprints at the 2012 Summer Paralympics in London. To reach this goal, Maroš needs to train regularly, improve his start from the blocks, and take part in races and training camps. Project Filip The project's main goal is for Filip to play in a music group. To do this, Filip needs to master the basics of music theory, learn the correct posture for playing guitar, and improve the coordination between his right and left hand.
